Martinator saved his best for the final laps of the Grand Prix de France. He passed the “Tiburón de Mazarrón” (Acosta) on lap 18, then made a decisive move on Marco Bezzecchi at lap 25—just two laps from the end—to seize control of the race and never look back. The victory signals a strong title defense, with Martín now only one point adrift of Bezzecchi in the overall standings.
The Spaniard from San Sebastián de los Reyes crossed the line ahead of Bezzecchi, while Japanese rider Ai Ogura took his career-first MotoGP podium in third place. With this result, Bezzecchi leads the championship with 128 points, followed by Martín on 127. Fabio Di Giannantonio sits third with 84 points, and Pedro Acosta is fourth with 83.
